- Description Belongs to 15-member small GTPase gene family, ARF-GAP domain proteins (AGD) | corresponds to AGD3, and is one of four proteins belonging to class 1, together with AGD1, AGD2 and AGD4. The protein contains four domains: BAR domain, PH domain, an ARF-GAP domain, and two Ankyrin repeats.
