Abstract

Interactor of constitutive active ROPs (ICR) family includes ICR1-4 from plants. ICR1 acts as a scaffold, mediating interaction of ROPs with different proteins [ 1 ]. ROPs (Rho-related GTPases) are a subfamily of Rho small GTPases from plants.
