Abstract
Protein Topless is a plant transcriptional co-repressor. It may repress the expression of root-promoting genes in the top half of the embryo to allow proper differentiation of the shoot pole during the transition stage of embryogenesis [ 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 ]. This entry represents Topless and related proteins belonging to the same family.
