Abstract
This entry represents a group of transmembrane proteins, including mammalian lung seven transmembrane receptor GPR107 and GPR108. GPR107 localizes to the trans-Golgi network and is essential for retrograde transport [ 1 ]. This entry also includes proteins from fungi and plants [ 2 ]. The plant proteins in this entry, including CAND6 and CAND7, are predicted to be G-protein coupled receptors [ 3 ].
