All miRNA precursors and the genes that are targetted by them were clustered in groups. This results in 35 clusters with different targets and different miRNAs. Each cluster links to a page that shows all miRNAs and their target genes in a table. Each cell of this table shows the number of mismatches between the miRNA and the target gene (0-4). When there is no value in a cell, we could not find a target for this miRNA in this gene.
