Abstract

This entry includes a group of membrane bound O-acyltransferases, including long-chain-alcohol O-fatty-acyltransferase (wax synthases) from plants and fungi [ 1 ] and acyl-CoA sterol acyl transferase 1 from Arabidopsis [ 2 , 3 ].
