Abstract

The DEAH/RNA helicase A (RHA) helicase family comprises proteins involved in splicing, ribosome biogenesis and transcription regulation [ 1 ]. Structurally, the domain represented by this superfamily contains a winged-helix with a weakly defined beta-sheet [ 2 ].
