Abstract

This entry represents a group of plant proteins, including SGR5 and IDD16 from Arabidopsis. SGR5 is a C2H2-type zinc finger protein involved in early events of gravitropism in Arabidopsis inflorescence stems [ 1 , 2 ]. IDD16 is a transcription factor regulating lateral organ morphogenesis and gravitropic responses [ 3 ].
