Abstract

Plant CBSCBSPB proteins contain two cystathionine beta-synthase (CBS) domains and one PB1 domain. Arabidopsis contains 5 CBSCBSPBs. The presence of PB1 domain along with a pair of CBS domains in a single protein suggests that these proteins might be involved in cellular signaling processes [ 1 ].
