Abstract

Triphosphate tunnel metalloenzyme 3 (TTM3) is a tripolyphosphatase involved in root development. It catalyses the beta-gamma-phosphoanhydride linkage of triphosphate-containing substrates (inorganic or nucleoside-linked). Its structure has been revealed [ 1 ].
