  • Description Exosome complex component Rrp43

Abstract

Rrp43 is a non-catalytic core component of exosome, which is a 3'-5' exoribonuclease complex that functions both in the nucleus and in the cytoplasm to either degrade or process RNA [ 1 , 2 , 3 ].
