Abstract
Tyramine N-feruloyltransferase (hydroxycinnamoyl-CoA: tyramine N-hydroxycinnamoyltransferase) is an enzyme from the Solanaceae family of plants that catalyses the synthesis of hydroxycinnamic acid amides from hydroxycinnamoyl-CoA thioesters and various hydroxyphenylethylamines such as 4-coumaroyl-CoA and sinapoyl-CoA [ 1 ].
