  • Description DNA helicase Ino80

Abstract

Ino80 is evolutionarily conserved from yeast to man [ 1 ]. It is a ATPase and a subunit of Ino80 complex [ 2 ]. The Ino80 complex displays 3'-5' DNA helicase activity and is involved in transcription, DNA replication and repair, and chromatin remodelling [ 3 , 4 , 5 ].
