Abstract
GPN-loop GTPase 2 (Gpn2) belongs to the GPN-loop GTPase family [ 1 ]. It is also known as ATPBD1B in humans.
In budding yeasts, Gpn2 is a putative GTPase that has a role in biogenesis of RNA polymerase II and III [ 2 ]. It is involved in sister chromatid cohesion [ 3 ].
