Abstract

NPY proteins are regulators of auxin-mediated organogenesis and play a key role in Arabidopsis root gravitropism [ 1 , 2 ]. Five NPY proteins (NPY1-5) have been identified.

This entry represent NPY1. NPY1, also known as enhancer of pinoid, controls cotyledon development and is involved in auxin transport in organogenesis [ 3 , 4 , 5 ].
