Abstract

This entry represents EHD2. It interacts with EHBP1 (EH domain-binding protein 1) and links clathrin-mediated endocytosis to the actin cytoskeleton [ 1 ].

EHD (EH domain-containing protein) family is a group of endocytic recycling proteins that interact with ferlin proteins and mediate the cytoskeletal rearrangements necessary for proper membrane recycling and myoblast fusion [ 2 ]. Members in EHD family includes EHD1/2/3/4 [ 3 ].
