InterPro domain: IPR027974

This domain of unknown function is conserved from fungi to Metazoa and plants. It is sometimes found in proteins that have a zinc-finger domain, zf-MYND ( PF01753 ) at their very C terminus. In other cases it is associated with PF14740 , as in axonemal dynein assembly factor 3 [ 1 ].
