Proteins in this family include O-mannosyl-transferase and dolichyl-phosphate-mannose--protein mannosyltransferase. O-mannosyl-transferase transfers mannosyl residues to the hydroxyl group of serine or threonine residues [ 1 ]. Dolichyl-phosphate-mannose--protein mannosyltransferase transfers mannose from Dol-P-mannose to Ser or Thr residues on proteins [ 2 ].
