Abstract
This entry represents a conserved domain, which is sometimes repeated, in an anion-transporting ATPase [ 1 , 2 ]. The ATPase is involved in the removal of arsenate, antimonite, and arsenate from the cell. The entry also matches some sequences from the Mrp/NBP35 ATP-binding proteins family.
