Abstract
This domain may be a potential Haspin-related leucine-zipper. A leucine zipper was proposed to be present towards the C-terminal of human Haspin, (upstream of the current family) [ 1 ]; however, as this domain would appear to span several helices and be largely within a loop structure [ 2 ], the actual zipper might be further downstream, and be represented by this entry, which is the very C-terminal part of the Schizosaccharomyces pombe sequence.
