Abstract

This superfamily represents the alpha-helical subdomain (domain 3) of the FAD-binding domain which can be found in NADPH-cytochrome P450 reductases [ 1 ], nitric oxide synthases, NADPH-dependent diflavin oxidoreductases, and pyruvate dehydrogenases.
