This domain can be found in a group of eukaryotic zinc finger proteins, including ZNF746 and ZNF777 from humans. This domain in ZNF746 and ZNF777 has been shown to provide a protein-protein interaction interface to a subgroup of KRAB-ZNF proteins [ 1 ].
