Abstract

Proteins in this family are found in plants and cyanobacteria has no known function. The structure of this domain has been solved by NMR for the alr2454 protein [ 1 ]. The structure was determined to be a novel fold composed of four alpha helices and a sheet of three anti-parallel beta-strands.
