Abstract

This group represents a vacuolar protein sorting-associated protein 16 (Vps16). Vps16 may play a role in vesicle-mediated protein trafficking to endosomal/lysosomal compartments and in membrane docking/fusion reactions [ 1 , 2 , 3 ].
