Abstract
Inhibition of RNA polymerase II-associated protein 1 (RPAP1) synthesis in Saccharomyces cerevisiae (Baker's yeast) results in changes in global gene expression that are similar to those caused by the loss of the RNAPII subunit Rpb11 [ 1 ]. This entry represents the C-terminal region that contains the motif GLHHH. This region is conserved from yeast to humans.
