Abstract
Atg101 is a critical autophagy factor that functions together with ULK, Atg13 and FIP200 [ 1 , 2 ]. In fission yeasts, it has a role in meiosis and sporulation [ 3 ].
1. Atg101, a novel mammalian autophagy protein interacting with Atg13. Autophagy 5, 973-9
2. A novel, human Atg13 binding protein, Atg101, interacts with ULK1 and is essential for macroautophagy. Autophagy 5, 649-62
3. A large-scale screen in S. pombe identifies seven novel genes required for critical meiotic events. Curr. Biol. 15, 2056-62
