Abstract

This conserved sequence is found associated with IPR001440 in several paralogous proteins in Rhodopirellula baltica. It is also found associated with IPR000413 in several eukaryotic integrin-like proteins (e.g. human ASPIC Q9NQ78 ) and in several other bacterial proteins (e.g. Q84HN1 ) [ 1 ].
