Abstract
This entry consists of putative toxins, including probable endoribonuclease HigB1 [ 1 ]. HigB1 is a toxic component of an atypical, type II toxin-antitoxin chaperone (TAC) module. Upon expression in M.smegmatis it inhibits colony formation and cell growth [ 2 , 3 ].
