Abstract

This entry represents a homeobox transcription factor KN domain conserved fromfungi to human and plants [ 1 ]. Genes encoding these proteins were first identified as TALE homeobox proteins in eukaryotes, (including KNOX and MEIS genes) [ 2 , 2 , 3 ]. They have been classified [ 4 , 5 , 6 ].
