Abstract

These proteins are found in a wide range of eukaryotes. They are nuclear proteins, suggested to play a role in the spliceosome complex [ 1 ]. XAP5 from Arabidopsis thaliana has been shown to be involved in light regulation of the circadian clock and photomorphogenesis [ 2 ].
