Abstract

This domain contains armadillo-like repeats [ 1 ]. Proteins containing this domain interact with numerous other proteins, through these interactions they are involved in a wide variety of processes including carcinogenesis [ 2 ], control of cellular ageing and survival [ 3 ], regulation of circadian rhythm [ 3 ] and lysosomal sorting of G protein-coupled receptors [ 4 ].
