InterPro domain: IPR006880

This is a group of proteins with a conserved C-terminal region which is found in INO80 complex subunit B (INO80B, Ies2 homologue, also known as PAPA-1). INO80B is a component of the INO80 complex which remodels chromatin by shifting nucleosomes and is involved in DNA repair [ 1 , 2 ].
