Abstract

This entry represents a domain found in both the alpha and beta chains of succinyl-CoA synthase ( 6.2.1.4 (GDP-forming) and 6.2.1.5 (ADP-forming)) [ 1 , 2 ]. This domain can also be found in ATP citrate synthase ( 2.3.3.8 ) and malate-CoA ligase ( 6.2.1.9 ). Some members of the domain utilise ATP others use GTP.
