Abstract

This family appears to be distantly related to IPR005830 . It includes toxins from bacteria, such as Clostridium epsilon toxin ETX [ 1 ] and Bacillus mosquitocidal toxin MTX2 [ 2 ], and from eukaryotes, such as the aerolysin-like protein from zebrafish [ 3 ].
