- Description Phosphoglucomutase, cytoplasmic (EC 5.4.2.2) (Glucose phosphomutase) (PGM) - Solanum tuberosum (Potato), Encodes a cytosolic phosphoglucomutase (PGM). Two Arabidopsis PGM proteins (AT1G70730/PGM2 and AT1G23190/PGM3) have high sequence similarities and redundant functions. Mature plants possessing a single cPGM allele had a major reduction in cPGM activity.
