• Info for people arriving in Brussels Airport: Check train timetables here. Fill in FROM 'BRUXELLES-NAT-AEROPORT' TO 'GENT-SINT- PIETERS' and your date/hour of arrival to obtain a suited connection. Note that there is an InterRegio train of 1h23min (no change) and an InterCity train taking you there in approx. 1h (1 change in Bruxelles Midi).

Note that all hotels are withing walking distance of the conference venue, except for 'NH Gent Hotel' and 'New Carlton Gent' which are close to the train station (10 min from conference venue by tram/streetcar).
