Magnoliophyta

Magnoliophyta, also known as angiospermae or flowering plants, are seed producing plants with a number of derived characteristics (such as flowers, endosperm within the seeds and the production of fruits) which distinguish them from other seed-producing plants such as the gymnosperms.
