- Description
- EID1 is an F-box protein that functions as a negative regulator in phytochrome A (phyA)-specific light signalling. Expressed at all stages of plant development independently of light conditions, localizes to the nucleus, and forms nuclear speckles under continuous far-red light. Forms stable dimeric and trimeric complexes with several ASK proteins and Cullin1 in yeast and in planta.;F-box family protein
