- Resistance gene, mediates resistance against the bacterial pathogen Pseudomonas syringae. Contains a putative nucleotide binding site composed of kinase-1a (or P-loop), kinase-2a, and putative kinase-3a domains, 13 imperfect leucine-rich repeats, a potential leucine zipper, and two uncharacterized motifs that are well conserved in products of previously isolated R genes. Confers resistance to Pseudomonas syringae strains that express avrPphB.;Disease resistance protein (CC-NBS-LRR class) family
