* The PRE-RELEASE folder contains the annotation build on the older bathycoccus genomic draft (29 january 2009).

* The RELEASE_09feb2011 folder contains the newer annotation built on the updated bathycoccus genomic draft (9 february 2011). 

* The RELEASE_14mar2011 folder contains the newest annotation built on the updated bathycoccus genomic draft (11 march 2011). Tis build was further improved, resulting in 
the FINAL RELEASE.

* compare_release_IDs.xlsx: a comparison chart between the 'newer' annotation locus IDs (labeled "Bathy...") and the 'older' annotation locus IDs (labeled "Mx...").
This comparison chart is built using a BLASTP automated manner.
