* The archive folder contains older annotation builds.

* The RELEASE_15jul2011 folder contains the newest annotation built on the latest bathycoccus genomic draft (11 march 2011 + 15sep2011_mitochlororevamp).
  This is the data used in the Bathycoccus genome paper (Moreau et al., 2012).
