Clustering microarray data

Clustering

The clustering method uses the expression data of microarray experiments to identify clusters of co-regulated genes. The cluster algorithm assigns a gene to a certain cluster so that this grouping is biologically meaningful. The clusters will contain genes with low differences in their expression profile.

Before using the Clustering method, make sure you follow all the recommandations. Once you have the clustering result, you can submit the DNA sequences of the clusters to the Motif Sampler (one cluster at the time) to look for cis-acting regulatory elements shared by the sequences in a given cluster.
