Functional category query

Here you can submit your pathway or GO terms of interest and get the MORPH results in a table format or as a network (Note: You can submit multiple GO/Mapman terms and multiple species at once). For more information with regard to the data used and the MORPH tool in general refer to the about section on this website. For more complex queries refer to the SPARQL endpoint. Don't worry if you're not familiar with SPARQL, there are some examples in the examples section. Chances are the query you want to perform is similar to one there.

Choose a Mapman code (e.g. 1.1.1.1) or a GO term identifier (e.g. GO_0010105).
Select one or multiple species
Enter the desired number of candidates to include in the output.
Note: for large networks Cytoscape.js may become impractical.
Note: this option only has effect when a network is the desired output.
Note: this option only has effect when a network is the desired output. Also, when this option is selected all genes that have a gene family member that is among the top 100 candidates (or baits) for the same gene set in another species are included (so not only for the species of interest nor the top k genes).
