Integrative inference of transcriptional networks in Arabidopsis yields novel ROS signalling regulators
This website allows determining the enrichment of TFs associated with (i.e. regulating) a set of input genes.
Enrichment statistics are computed using the hypergeometric distribution combined with Benjamini–Hochberg correction for multiple hypotheses testing (a q-value cutoff of 1e-03 is applied).
'Run associated TF analysis': For a set of input genes, the iGRN is queried to identify all TFs controllering one (or more) of these input genes.
