Welcome to GeneFetch!
This web application demonstrates the novel application GeneFetch, a system that automatically constructs a knowledge base of gene information, enriched with text mining. GeneFetch is open source and will be licensed under the GNU GPL upon its first release. This site is still under construction! We are currently adding new text mining algorithms to the framework, which may result in a few errors during the process. Please keep in mind that GeneFetch hasn't been officially released yet, and we are still working on improving this software. |
