Requirements:
- Java 8
- Cytoscape 3
Installation (see the manual (pdf) for a more detailed explanation):
- Download the Cytoscape app
- For Windows users, move the downloaded jar file to
%USERPROFILE%\CytoscapeConfiguration\3\apps\installed. For other users, move the downloaded jar file to~/CytoscapeConfiguration/3/apps/installed. - Restart Cytoscape if it was running, CoExpNetViz should now be available from the 'Apps' menu.
