The Curse suite enables quick and easy construction of expression compendia
from publicly available RNA-Sequencing (RNA-Seq) experiments. It consists of
this web tool named Curse (Curator of Sequencing Experiments) and a portable
pipeline named Prose (Processor of RNA-Sequencing Experiments), which is
accessible from the Curse interface. Read the manual to learn more.

Curse is a Curator for Sequencing Experiments.
It is an alternative interface to the Sequence Read Archive that improves
on metadata presentation. It provides additional features that speed up
the curation of experiment properties and replicates. Users can
select experiments of interest and add them to their compendium for further
analysis. Read the manual to get started.
Prose is a Processor for RNA-Sequencing Experiments.
It implements a light-weight pipeline to process raw RNA-Sequencing data
for all experiments in your compendium. It can generate pseudocounts and
TPM expression values for every transcript in a user-provided
transcriptome. Read the manual for more information.
Source code for Prose is available at https://gitlab.psb.ugent.be/dreec/Prose.git.
