An update of the CORNET project where the PPI data is robustly updated, and an RNA-seq compendium is added to the list of available expression compendiums.

The second iteration of the CORNET project. In addition to the coexpression data and protein-protein interactions present in CORNET1.0, a third data type is added as well: the regulatory data (transcription factors, etc..).
An update of the expression compendia and the PPI data is included as well, in addition to new functional annotation resources for the genes.

CORNET 2.0: integrating plant coexpression, protein-protein interactions, regulatory interactions, gene associations and functional annotations.

Released at the same time as CORNET2.0, this project is based on the same codebase and principles, but has Maize as its core species. Arabidopsis genes can be given as input though, as they will be converted through the orthology relationships provided by PLAZA.
